The Sity isn’t feeling the love this week. One of several negative comments:
“The book is pretty gruesome – but there’s nothing else really going for it. The Sity is the story about a group of human survivors who live in a city overrun by alien conquerors. Characterization is thin for the human protagonists as well as the alien antagonists, and there is minimal world-building beyond the basic set-up. The story seems to drag on forever, without any apparent goal or climax, until the very end when several twists and revelations are made, but by that point, I’d lost interest in the story.”
Hey, my book is not everyone’s cup of tea. Thanks for reading still!
